We have found a “one-size fits all” approach doesn’t work for everyone. However, when armed with the right information, tools, and resources, people can make informed choices regarding their health, and aren’t so overwhelmed at the prospect of change.
While serious health issues require a more aggressive approach, others experience positive results by making gradual changes. We have designed our classes with solutions to the obstacles and struggles we incurred that helped us sustain this lifestyle and weight loss for 7 years!
